			Many reliability and validity studies are available It is not meant to be utilized in team building or managerial applications.
			As compared to the MMPI, the CPI utilizes normal scales from a standard population, which enables one to be relatively confident in the quality of the measures, which are far from the norm.

			The CPI is not only utilized for recruiting but also in clinical situations.

			=Comments=
			The CPI can be taken in paper/pencil mode and in front of a computer (2006). The CPI is translated into a dozen languages.
