Analysis of the interviews and results has led to considering all factors, including those related to leadership, positive psychology, and organizational performance, that can explain the crew's exceptional winning margin. 	To determine whether the 2016 U23 USA Women 8+ result was exceptional, we needed to compare it to other results at a similar world championship level.
