Welcome to GRI's wiki

This wiki is a collection of analyses and resources on personality assessment, leadership, and organizational development. It touches on performance: individual and organizational, as well as resilience, behavior analyses, well-being, emotions, and neuroscience.

The behavior-factor-based approach is central to our work at GRI. Some of the resources relate to this approach. The approach is also used in this wiki when analyzing concepts and systems.
