This wiki is a collection of resources on personality applied to management, leadership, and organizational development, centered on the GRI approach. It touches on performance, resilience, behavioral analysis, well-being, emotions, assessment, and, more generally, how we function as human beings from an affective, behavioral, cognitive, and social standpoint.
The GRI wiki is a collection of articles and resources shared by the Growth Resources Institute on its research focusing on individual and organizational performance. It includes many aspects related to assessment techniques, management, recruitment, leadership, and organizational development.


The experience we provide with GRI's masterclass is central to our work at Growth Resources. The wiki's content is more theoretical and less practical than the masterclass. Reading the wiki's content will not provide the knowledge and capabilities to operate the GRI, but the masterclass will. At GRI, we've learned about it the hard way.
