This wiki is a collection of analyses and resources on leadership and organizational development, the GRI seminar, and personality. It touches on performance: individual and organizational, as well as resilience, behavior analyses, well-being, emotions, assessment, and neuroscience.
GRI's wiki is a collection of articles, notes, and resources shared by the Growth Resources Institute to deepen one's understanding of adaptive profiles and their use for individual and organizational performance. It is also used for research purposes. The wiki includes many aspects related to assessment techniques, personal growth, leadership, management, recruitment, and organizational development.


The experience we provide with the seminar and the behavior-factor-based approach are central to our work at GRI. Some of the resources in the wiki relate to both. This wiki also uses the behavior-factor-based approach when analyzing learning, concepts, and systems.  
The wiki's content is more technical and theoretical than practical, helping you relate your learning to other works, theories, and concepts.

Using the GRI adaptive profiles and methods requires learning that starts with understanding your own profile and what you can possibly do with it, most of the time in a business context. The experience provided by GRI's masterclass is central to learning and applying adaptive profiles in their many applications.

Welcome to GRI's Wiki
