Welcome to GRI's wiki
The GRI wiki is a collection of articles and resources shared by the Growth Resources Institute on its research focusing on individual and organizational performance. It includes many aspects related to assessment techniques, management, recruitment, leadership, and organizational development.

The wiki's content is more theoretical than practical, and reading it will not give you the capabilities to operate the GRI unless you start applying it to yourself and your work. The experience provided by GRI's masterclass is central to learning and applying the adaptive profiles in their many applications. Like learning a new instrument, and even more to relearn about people, you'll need a minimum of practice. Contact Growth Resources or one of its affiliates if you would like to be certified in the GRI tools and methods.
