Welcome to GRI's wiki

The GRI wiki is a collection of articles, notes, and resources shared by the Growth Resources Institute on its research focusing on individual and organizational performance. It includes many aspects related to assessment techniques, management, recruitment, leadership, and organizational development.

The wiki's content is more theoretical than practical, helping to relate your learning to other works, theories, and concepts. Using GRI's adaptive profiles and methods requires a learning process that starts with understanding your own adaptive profile and what you can possibly do with it, most of the time in a business context. The experience provided by GRI's masterclass is central to applying the adaptive profiles in their many applications.

Like learning a new instrument, and even more when learning about people, their relationships, and organizations, you'll need a minimum of time to practice from your day-to-day activities.
