The resources on this website offer detailed background and scientific information on GRI's research framework, assessment techniques, and the adaptive profiles. They contribute to a larger effort to enhance individual and organizational performance by using more objective data on people.


The content is more theoretical and technical than practical. Using GRI's adaptive profiles and methods requires learning that starts with understanding your own profile and what you can do with it, most often in a business context with a leadership role. The experience provided by GRI's masterclass is central to learning and applying adaptive profiles in their many applications.
We hope the resources answer your questions; however, they are more academic than practical and cannot provide the hands-on experience needed to learn and apply the adaptive profiles. For effective learning, a masterclass experience facilitated by experts is essential. Similar to learning a new sport or musical instrument, you will need real-world practice to challenge the techniques you already use and to deepen your understanding of people, their teams, and their companies through the profiles.


Like learning a new instrument, sport, or cooking, and even more so when learning about people, including their relationships and organizations, you'll need a minimum of time to practice in real situations and with people you think you already know well.
