GRI is about making a difference in people's performance and their organizations, not about understanding tools and techniques in the abstract. Like learning a new sport or musical instrument, and even more so with people, you need practical situations to compare what you already know with what GRI can tell, and be more effective.  
We hope the resources answer your questions; however, they are more academic than practical and cannot provide the hands-on experience needed to learn and apply the adaptive profiles. For effective learning, a masterclass experience facilitated by experts is essential. Similar to learning a new sport or musical instrument, you will need real-world practice to challenge the techniques you already use and to deepen your understanding of people, their teams, and their companies through the profiles.


The present content obviously cannot provide this practical experience. It's intellectual rather than practical, although we hope it will help answer the questions you may have.
