The resources accessible from this page provide detailed background and scientific information on GRI's adaptive profiles and their use.


This wiki is a collection of resources on personality applied to management, leadership, and organizational development, centered on the GRI approach. It touches on performance, resilience, behavioral analysis, well-being, emotions, assessment, and, more generally, how we function as human beings from an affective, behavioral, cognitive, and social standpoint.
GRI focuses on improving people's performance and their organizations, not just on understanding the adaptive profiles and assessment techniques. Similar to learning a new sport or musical instrument, you need real experiences to challenge the techniques you already use and relearn about people. Current resources cannot provide these experiences. It's more academic than hands-on practice, though we hope it helps answer the questions you might have. For GRI's learning, the masterclass experience facilitated by our team is essential. It will help you learn and apply your new knowledge simultaneously. The experience we provide with GRI's masterclass is central to our work at Growth Resources. The wiki's content is more theoretical and less practical than the masterclass. Reading the wiki's content will not provide the knowledge and capabilities to operate the GRI, but the masterclass will. At GRI, we've learned about it the hard way.
