The personality assessments listed on this wiki site have been studied at GRI (Groweth Resources Institute) as part of an effort to understand their benefit for individual and organizational performance, and for answering questions about their differences from our clients and prospects. The information provided for each assessment answers questions about its origin, what it measures, how, and the recommended usage by its publisher. We provide some references when they are available, and contrast the dimensions measured by the assessment with the adaptive profile's factor that we measure at GRI.

The personality assessments listed on this page were studied to understand their benefits for individual and organizational performance and to analyze their differences. The information provided about the assessments answers questions regarding their origin, what they measure, how they do so, and their recommended usage by the publisher. We compare the dimensions measured by the assessment with those of the adaptive profile's factors that we measure at GRI. We also comment on the techniques when applicable.

Others, again, are more recent and are sold and used by consulting companies or over the Internet. Information about the standards that we applied for analyzing the assessments can be found here, as well as comparisons between techniques here.
