Category:Personality Assessment
The personality assessments listed on this page have been studied at GRI (Growth Resources Institute) to understand their benefits for individual and organizational performance, and for answering questions about their differences. The information provided for each assessment answers questions about its origin, what it measures, how, and the recommended usage by its publisher. We compare the dimensions measured by the assessment with those of the adaptive profile's factors that we measure at GRI. We comment on the technique when we can.
There is a wide variety of assessment techniques. Some are only used for research purposes, while others have been abandoned over the years but remain in use through paper and pencil. Others, again, are more recent and are sold and used by consulting companies or over the Internet. Information about the standards that we applied can be found here, as well as comparisons between techniques here.
